When will my first issue be delivered?
When ordering, you can choose with which issue your subscription should start. After receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation by email and, after a few days, a welcome email indicating the first delivery date.

My subscription includes a premium. When will it be sent?
If your subscription includes a premium, it will be sent to you by post. It will be sent approximately 14 days after receipt of payment.


Does my subscription renew itself?

So that you can continue to read in a relaxed manner, we will continue to deliver your title for as long as you wish after the minimum term has expired. You will be billed annually in advance. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time after the minimum term has expired and any overpayments will be refunded. Please note that we installed a reminder option within your account in order for you to receive a note prior to expiration of your subscription.

How soon can I expect my order?

Delivery can take 5–14 days within the European Union, or 4–8 weeks for international shipments depending on your location and local customs. Please note international orders may be subject to import duties and customs taxes. All incurred charges are the responsibility of the buyer, as nomad has no control over these. Any questions on customs policies must be made to your local customs office.

Can I order any back issues in print?

Yes, however we have limited inventory for our back issues.


What are the different shipping costs?

We print and ship from Germany, hence the higher shipping costs to international destinations. We are always looking for ways to save readers expensive shipping and handling costs, so if you would like to know where to find a copy of nomad in your city, we have a growing list of stockists available on our website and are always happy to receive more suggestions.

nomad accepts PayPal and most major credit cards.

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

If you have not received your items please email order@the-nomad-magazine.com. If your order is missing because you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address you will be charged for redelivery.


Can I return or exchange my order?

nomad does not currently offer returns or exchanges. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at order@the-nomad-magazine.com within 7 days of receiving your package.


What can I do if my order is damaged or I received the wrong item?

We want you to receive our products in pristine condition. If your order is damaged or incorrect we will be happy to send you a replacement. Please email order@the-nomad-magazine.com including photographs clearly showing the damage or incorrect item, and the packaging it arrived in.


Can I order climate-neutrally from the-nomad-magazine.com?

Every shipment goes via DPD Green, which means that all orders are shipped climate neutrally.


How do I change my subscription address?

What are the delivery times?

Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your order prior to shipping. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.


Our shipping partners are DEUTSCHE POST, DHL, UPS & DPD.

All national and standard international delivery times are estimates only, and in some cases your order may take longer to arrive than the quoted shipping times.

Shipping to the UK?
